Tardiness
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. All clients will be given a 10-minute grace period from the scheduled appointment time 15-20 minutes will be canceled
Rescheduling after a late or missed appointment is subject to availability, you may only reschedule one time per deposit

Cancellations & Rescheduling
At Skinsational Skin & Wellness, we value your time and ours. Please review our policy below to ensure a smooth experience for everyone:
- Cancellations or reschedules made at least 24 hours in advance may be done with no penalty.
- Rescheduling within 24 hours of your appointment is permitted one time only, allowing you to transfer your booking to a new time.
- Cancellations or missed appointments within 24 hours of your scheduled time will result in a charge for half the cost of the service.
- A 10-minute grace period is allowed for all appointments.
- No-call, no-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and banned from future bookings.
